1. Can I switch plans?

Sure, you can switch plans at any time and pay the prorated difference in charges. To change plans, please write to us at support@trywingman.com.

2. Do you have a monthly payment plan?

Not at the moment. But we roll out special offers from time to time. Please email us at sales@trywingman.com for more details.

3. What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, all major international credit cards and digital payments.

4. What happens to my billing when I add a new recording user to my account?

You will be billed a prorated amount for the new user being added to your account. The amount will depend on the time left on your current billing cycle.

5. What happens to my billing when I delete a recording user from my account?

We will keep your subscription active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for.
